Responsible for customers’ specification of plastic products. Provides support to Production area in the solution of in house quality problems and with the customer; conducts follow up activities for ISO-9000/TS16949 (control, re-certification and organization), performs internal audits in the process.
•Prepares and maintain quality data from internal process and costumer results
•Participates in the internal and external audit from ISO Quality System / TS16949
•Coordinates and administers corrective action inhouse and with client
•Participates in conducting visit/audit from customer to our process
•Teams up at each process to prepare and apply problem solutions
•Coordinated and administers corrective action application at the internal process and with Clients
•Participates in the visit/audit of our customer (requirement to our process)

Five years or more progressive Quality experience in an Automotive manufacturing Company with ISO/TS environment
Injection, molding, assembly and painting experience a plus
