Professional degree in engineering field.
At least 2 years of experience as a leader
2nd Shift Position.
English spoken and written (90% Advanced).
Leading people in a manufacturing process is required.
Electrical harnesses experience desirable. Including: Quality / ME / Planning / Operations.
CAS/Solumina, Tress, PDocM System, Livelink, MS Office.
Coordinates meetings in a Lean Management environment.
Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing.
Proven people skills, team work, leadership and communication.
