Responsible to set a daily production plan to achieve the goals of safety, quality and production, supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill. Detects area needs. Leads improvement projects. Coordinates and lead cell production meetings.
Professional degree: Industrial Eng., Mechanical Eng. or similar.
Advanced English spoken and written
Catia, Cadam, CAS/Solumina, Tress, PDocM System, MS office.
2-6 years of experience as supervisor
Experience in CNC process (Highly preferred)
Experience in Manufacturing Process
Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ERP.
People skills, team work, communication skills.
Availability to work First and/or Second Shift
