-This position would handle order preparation, issuing quotes, order entry and order status (OEM) for a specific territory. Any changes to those orders relating to quantity and date would be included in the responsibilities. -Administration of split commissions, contracts and system maintenance would also be covered by this position.
-Measurements of performance: Order entry and change orders in the system within 24 hours.
-Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
-Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- 1+ years of inside sales environment
-Experience working within a manufacturing and industries environment: Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, -Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, -Analyzing Information.
