-Provide new and existing account support with product set-up, marketing information, sample requests, including inputting data in customer portals.
-This includes all big box customers, carriers, mass retailers and distributor partners
-Update and maintain sku information in customer Portals
-Oversee both front-end and back-end of Partner's Portal (supporting 800+ users both domestic and international)
-Screen new applicants
-Load new skus with images and marketing material
-Activate new skus in back-end database
-Support customer inquiries
-Work with IT and developers to enhance Portal
-Provide reporting to the sales and exec teams
-Handle ad hoc SAP Business Objects
-Support with Business Review Reporting and Dashboards
-Become an expert in new Product Information Management (PIM) tool
-Publish sku information to customer specific channel
-Develop and be an advocate for workflows within the new platform
-Utilize Sell Sheet options
-Explore the use of catalogs to replace partner portal
-Troubleshoot basic issues with support team
o Bachelor’s degree (marketing preferred)
o Advanced proficiency in the English language
o US Visa
o Domestic travel 15%
o 2 to 4 years of professional work experience
o Understanding of Excel and basic functions
o 1+ years of experience with any ERP SAP (is a plus) Product Information Management (PIM) tool, or data management system.
o You understand the relationship between product and the sales channel.
o You thrive on finding an issue or problem, offering a solution, recommending a fix, and quickly implementing your idea to improve efficiency.
o You are comfortable adapting to frequent change, sometimes in a moment’s notice.
o You have superior attention to detail and organization skills under tight deadlines.
