The Industrial Engineer is responsible for the development and implementation of standard processes in Americas region.
Responsible to interact with global team on definition of global standards for the plants and process control documentation compliance for the assigned technology.
Responsible of process development for new products, with Interaction with other plants across de globe, including equipment specification and to create process master documentation.
Responsible to continuously improve their assigned process through implementation of new technologies, to reduce quality incidents, scrap, cost and improve equipment and process efficiency.
Support to New Programs and Machine Build teams as well as other groups within org, such master line layout and master line/equipment quote.
TS 16949/IATF 16949/APQP knowledge
New products introduction
Proven PFMEA knowledge
Equipment and line validation
Production line balancing and time studies.
Capacity analysis creation and interpretation.
DOE and Statical process analysis.
Six sigma and Lean manufacturing (plus)
SMED, Poka yokes, Yokoten, TPM concepts, Kaizen
Problem solving tools.
Basic solid works / Autocad knowledge
Good communication skills (verbal and written), proficient in English
Good attitude and Work under pressure
Organization and Analytical skills
Ability to interact well with team members from other countries and cultures.
Passport and US visa and availability to travel internationally
