Trainer Lead

So, what does a TaskUs Trainer really do? You will be responsible for delivering training programs for new and current Teammates on new products/services, system changes and/or new business initiatives. Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: Spending your day to help educate and train the newest employees of TaskUs. Your role was designed to teach and supervises new hire trainees, getting them prepared for the job ahead of them and ensure they have a successful nesting period. Your achievements are gauged on the performance of the trainees once they hit the production floor.

You love partnering with people to understand how they learn and come up with creative approaches to educate them and keep them engaged in the classroom. You care deeply about the success of others and look for ways to improve their performance. You like being held accountable for your own results but also enjoying seeing your work benefit others. You enjoy teaching in the classroom but also know how important it is to make new employees successful in other areas.

*Provides developmental coaching and feedback to new employees to enhance skill development and to meet graduation requirements
*Maintains records of attendance, coaching and development documentation, as well as corrective actions
*Builds and maintains business relationships, as well as open lines of communication with internal and external partners
*Participates in learning activities and professional development to improve individual skills
*Makes recommendations on curriculum and content
*Prepares and submits daily training reports to the Training Leadership Team, and other appropriate managers/team leaders
*Ability to be adaptable, creative, have a bias toward action, and aren't afraid of being wrong
*Directly supervises new hire trainees and delivers corrective action if required

Experiencia y requisitos

Requirements:

*At least 2+ years of training experience in a call center environment (preferred by not required)
*Proficiency in the use of PC applications, Gmail, and Google Business applications as well as Microsoft Office applications
*Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours
*High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
*Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, influencing skills required
*Knowledge of Adult learning techniques, instructional design concepts for computer-based training.
*Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate responsive programs and initiatives including training plans, curricula, and methodology
*Able to provide a presentation during the interview
