As a Teammate, you will deliver world-class service to our clients in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner on every call as measured by different performance metrics. You will ensure that all calls are handled professionally based on the quality guidelines set by the client. You will ensure consistent performance based on a continuous improvement model. You will maintain knowledge of functional areas and company policies and procedures. You will also give feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Do you have what it takes to be a Teammate?
What is it we’re looking for? Well since this is a Teammate we need someone with inbound/outbound calls, email and or live chat support experience; plus experience in customer service, sales, billing, or technical support.
What else? Well, we need someone who is we need someone with good problem solving and critical thinking skills and a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Someone who is resourceful, able to multitask, and has high attention to detail.
Now let’s get technical. We’re looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills. Someone who’s computer literate and proficient in the use of Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google applications. Someone who can you type at least 30 WPM for voice and 35 WPM for Non-Voice campaigns.
