The Partner Services Manager is responsible to support our partners and channel team on our Poly Services Certification program for the Americas. This role as a subject matter expert for the program is critical to ensure we deliver value and a quality experience for our partners and internal teams
Promoting and supporting Poly Services Certification Program with our partners and channel team
Recruiting and Onboarding new partners into services program
Supporting existing Americas partners in program. Includes Audits, compliance verification and monitoring, managing day-to-day requests for information and escalations
Working cross functionally with Poly Global Services, channel organization, order management and marketing teams as required to fulfill responsibilities
Required education, experience, skills:
Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of relevant working experience
English: Intermediate to Advance English
Microsoft Office Suite
Project Management experience or PMP preferred
SalesForce.com experience desirable
