**Review contracts to confirm they reflect agreement between parties.
**Communication with freight and shipping companies to assist customers in the fulfillment of their contracts. Serves as liaison between customers and business partners during consulting projects.
**Works individually or within a team on business consulting projects to meet specific client requirement.
**Consults directly with clients and may travel to client site.
**Acts as team leader for technical or non-technical aspects of consulting projects leading sub-plans or small projects. May mentor, guide, advice and/or check work of our business partners.
**Conducts tests or quality assurance using client data to be certain client needs will be met.
**Monitor and track deliverables are met for projects/accounts.
**Communication with customers on all steps of the transaction process from trade negotiation, to delivery of load and payment.
**Review invoices and any other documentation of claims.
**Understanding of trading and brokerage
**Understand, comply, maintain and reinforce regulatory and firm policies and procedures/guidelines
**Assist in other office activities.

Experiencia y requisitos


**Strong Computer skills
**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both English and Spanish)

**Relevant Bachelor Degree (e.g. Finance, International Business Administration, Logistics, Commerce, etc.).
**2-5 years of industry experience in Logistics, International Trading, Service, Operations or Brokerage
**Availability for a full time position and commitment to develop within the company. This is not a temporary job, company expects candidate to be willing to stay at least 3 years.
**Able and willing to travel both nationally and internationally. Travel documents such as passport, US visa and driver´s license are required.
