YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and process
• Coordinate the implementation and follow up of each lean manufacturing tool under his care on the different areas of work.
• Responsible to develop and provide necessary training to personnel to facilitate the implementation of lean manufacturing tools.
• Responsible to develop alongside manager leader of each lean manufacturing tool the work plan to be implemented.
• Coordinates the integration of work teams to facilitate the implementation of each tool to better the standard.
• Contributes with new strategies to maintain continuous improvement (Kaizen).

Experiencia y requisitos

• Minimum experience 4 years in Lean Manufacturing roles
• Bachelor degree
• Bilingual (90% oral and written )
• Use of advance knowledge on the implementation of lean manufacturing tools
• Proactive, Leader, Ease of word and capable to work in a team
• Conflict management ability
• Use of advance knowledge on the implementation of lean manufacturing tools
• Leadership
• Proactive, ease of word and capable to work in a team and lead change
