Descripción y detalle de las actividades

Indispensable experience in:

- Recruitment and Selection of administrative and executive positions.

- Recruitment of personnel (appointments, cancellations and modifications before the IMSS, administration of files and
- Follow-up and service to personnel on issues related to payroll, general services, internal work regulations.

Hours: from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Work zone: Chapultepec - Reforma CDMX

We offer salary of: $ 30,000 to $ 35,000 gross plus benefits above the law such as Medical Expenses Insurance, Life Insurance, Savings Fund, Warehouse Vouchers, among others.

Experiencia y requisitos

Female gender
Age: 28 to 35 years
Experience: 3 to 5 years as a Rh generalist
Academic Education: Lic. In Administration, Accounting, Industrial Relations, or related.
Necessary and non-negotiable English: Advanced, will report to foreigners who do not speak Spanish.
Desirable: to have refresher courses in labor reforms, IMSS and INFONAVIT.

Knowledge in: recruitment and selection, payroll administration, organizational development, training, compensation. It is very desirable to know the implementation of processes and procedures, as well as the follow-up of them.
