As an Accounting Supervisor you will develop, implement and maintain one or more accounting systems. This position may work with external consultants or auditors to provide required information, ensure proper recordkeeping for historical purposes and supervise personnel and third-party Accounting Firms. Leverage best-in-class global practices to lead, develop, deliver and support enterprise wide programs and technology establishing Poly as an ‘employer of choice’. What you’ll do: • Maintain cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements for different countries; • Implement and maintain Internal Controls in accordance with Corporate policies and procedures. • Ensure the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data. • Approve ledger entries and Balance reconciliations by auditing transactions. • Meet Audit and SOX standards and improve its efficiency in remote offices. • Generate reports of different general ledgers and Business units through the organization. • Supervise and participate in special projects. • Develop, evaluate and supervise goals/metrics for our personnel and third-party Accounting Firms. • Work with Tax and Legal teams to ensure compliance for remotes offices.
