At La Familia, we bring people together through the power of travel, music and culture. This has led us to become a large scale music event producer of festivals, concerts, and events. We are looking for Paid Media Specialists to help manage and implement all digital, OOH, radio and any other paid promotion for the brand(s). Our family of brands consist of Papas&Beer Rosarito, Papas&Beer Ensenada, Baja Beach Fest, Sueños Festival, Cerveza Papas, Baja Stays, and La Familia. Your work will mainly consist of strategizing, launching, optimizing paid media campaigns. Your role will also require you to manage budgets & spend, as well as provide reporting on KPIs and ROAS.
Experiencia y requisitos
Work closely with the Paid Media Manager & Marketing Manager for the execution of all digital, OOH, radio and any other paid promotion for the brand(s). Responsibilities ● Manage all Paid Media Campaigns ● Create Paid Media Plans (creative, copy, landing page, etc) ● Propose Budget Allocation ● Report on KPIs and ROAS ● Daily Optimization of Paid Campaigns ● Gather feedback/insights and report to Marketing team Skills ● Great marketing & brand principles ● Knowledgeable in digital advertising, OOH, and traditional media ● Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud ● Proficient in Meta, AdWords, TikTok Ads ● Strong Communication & Copywriting ● Organized & detailed ● Analytical & creative ● Problem solver & an innovative thinker
