• Creation and follow up of manufacturing process. • Creation of Manufacturing Routes. • Development of new product. • Quote and purchase of tools. • Follow up for product implementation. • Review and analysis of defect. • Submit Engineering changes. • Create and modify manufacturing instruction.
Experiencia y requisitos
• Bachelor’s degree as Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar. • Between 4 or 6 years of experience in CNC programming computer related field or a mechanical field. • Knowledgeable of programming Master Cam 2017 - Actual. • Drawing interpretation. • Interpretation of Dimensional and geometric tolerance. • Basic To Medium design software use (PTC CREO, Inventor, AutoCAD or similar.) • Ability to identify capacity constraints in programming. • Knowledgeable with Conventional Lathe and Milling process. • Knowledgeable with Machining Lathe CNC whit Sub spindle and live tooling. • Knowledgeable with Machining Milling CNC 3 Axis, 4 Axis And 5 Axis. • Knowledgeable with FADAL and HAAS machines. • Knowledgeable in lean manufacturing. • Knowledgeable in Office software. • Knowledgeable with ERP Environment.
