• Ensure that Distribution Center assigned maintain appropriate stock levels for sales • Distribution planning execution • Maintain positive working relationship with DC managers, Sales, Customer Service & warehouse logistics • The Analysts will be responsible for resolving any exceptions to the plan to ensure optimal inventory distribution. • Collaborate with Distribution Center Managers to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the distribution network • Analyze reports which measure distribution lead time and lead time variability, collaborate with transportation teams to ensure key master data is accurate in planning systems • Analyze and share daily, weekly & monthly performance reports. Distribution List for each report must be defined in coordination with Distribution Analyst Superintendent. • Coordinate a weekly conference call as minimum with DC manager , Logistics Coordinator and WHS Shipping superintendent (or rep assigned) • Collaborate with logistics team to define the shipment frequency
