Descripción y detalle de las actividades

•Ensure that material imports are completed in time and form. •Verify that consolidated “pedimentos” are granted each week. •Verify that invoices are reviewed in regards to tariff items and costs. •Ensure tax payments are authorized. •Confirm preferential treaties are applied and are reflected in taxes. •Verify that invoices are being issued according to agreement. •Verification of Mexican tariff items. •Confirm costs, tariff items and BOMS. •Carry out the necessary virtual imports-exports. •Present the pertinent clarifications in case of a red traffic light before customs. •Present monthly sub-maquila notices. •Ensure the integrity of the information in Annex 24 and 31, as well as that the balances of Annex 24 inventories are balanced against Oracle inventories on a monthly basis. •Attention to foreign trade audits. •Processing permits before customs. •Process permits upon secretary of economy. •Maintain the company's tax certifications. •Review the service invoices of the customs agencies. •Keep up-to-date with the current customs miscellany. •Maintain communication with Mexican and American Customs Agent for the expedited crossing of our products and prevent sanctions.

Experiencia y requisitos

•Bachelor's Degree in International Commerce, Customs, Administration or related. •100% Bilingual, 5 plus years proven experience in maquiladora manufacturing environment, working Customs, Import& Export, similar area. •Knowledge and experience in Annex 31, Annex 24, preferably Ixport •Apply to programs such as ‘Regla 8va, PROSEC etc. •Knowledge in Customs Legislation and regulations. •Preferable experience using Oracle and it’s cost modules and BOM •Customer service and result oriented, excellent communication skills, teamwork, Analytical,
