Oversee all Receiving operational activities for the Mexicali Plant and Satellite Operations. This person will ensure the accuracy of received inventory, stocking team, work with operations, buyer/planners, inventory team, suppliers to ensure appropriate material sizing. • Supervise staff working in Receiving area • Avoid unsafe acts are performed by staff and visitors in the assigned work area. • Fluent of the department's process in order to ensure adherence, provide answers to employees and outside inquires. • Partner with Assistant Manager and other Supervisors to ensure building awareness of business processes/ changes. • Develop rapport quickly and maintain good customer relationships both internally and externally by coordinating with all departments involved in the process. • Provide support to internal and external customers including all divisions of our multi-channel business and suppliers. • Execute the strategy and direction of the Department. • Ensure that all support tasks for the department are completed in a timely manner. • Manage employee performance while developing and inspiring the team. •Ensure that activities in department comply with GMP’s.
