Senior Quality Engineer

The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible to continue developing the company's Quality System as well oversee its implementation and maintenance. Quality System (Procedures, Work instructions, register, etc.) should be aligned to meet our customer requirements in order to provide them grateful experiences. The Quality Engineer will also provide support to the R & D and procurement departments on developing/evaluating the specification for new products, new parts, developing new suppliers as well creating the measurement methods for the new parts and specs. Key Responsibilities: o Manage Quality team and be responsible to hire, train, supervise and evaluate the performance of the Quality inspectors. o Coordinate the correct application of all Inspections procedure and quality criteria for Raw Material and Finish Good Product and upgrade according with customer’s feedback. o Ensure compliance with Quality Goals (Customer returns, Scrap, Yields). o Work alongside the customer service department to determine customer resolution to any warranty issues that may arise. o Analyze Data to identify Trends in Quality issues and lead the action plan. o Work with the team to identify root causes of problems in the production process and implement corrective measures. o Support to the Product Engineers and Procurement team doing validation and analysis for new parts, samples of new suppliers, new specifications.
