Job Responsibilities: * Tracks status of material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, and materials are available as needed. * Prepares reports on works in progress. * Coordinates material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials are timed to meet production requirements. * Coordinates interdepartmental activity for daily cell performance with quality assurance, purchasing, procurement, engineering, inventory control, traffic, and other groups. * Schedules and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders. * Lead the tier meetings to effectively communicate the cell metrics * Monitors and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individual’s members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives. * Monitors cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.
Experiencia y requisitos
Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. * English 90% * Knowledge in Continuous Improvement Tools * Knowledge in SAP desirable. * Six sigma green belt desirable. * Experience 2+ years leading production groups * Planning Skills. * Visa preferable Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
