Descripción y detalle de las actividades

The functions of the Back Office Customer Service Rep. is to be a link between the customer and our Company, making sure the value of customer, providing more a great experience.

Focus is always assured while working with our sales and shipping teams to ensure time and efficiently in our delivery process to our clients.

This is not a Call Center, is a Distribution center with service offices in Zona Rio in Tijuana.  


Responsibilites

  • Answer emails, chats, Facebook msg's, written questions from customers & retailers.
  • Enter customer orders (solve/get answers to ambiguities) in ERP / CRM software
  • Confirm order shipping date, location, time for delivery, and other inquiries, regarding his order. 
  • Write proform invoices
  • Communicate discrepancies with customer order (credit, MOQ, price, locations, number of products)
  • Make sure orders are shipped; if not verify why and when it will ship.

Experiencia y requisitos

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferable, unfinished is ok, High school Grad or GED/ High School - is a must require.
  • Experience in customer service (Industry preferable/ Call Center Acceptable) 
  • Good communication skills are needed for this position. (no slang) 
  • Fluent in English is a requirement for this position (spoken & written) .
  • Computer skills required. MacOS user level (preferable)
  • No transportation issues, the area Zona Rio has plenty of transportation to different zones - Free Parking in site.
