As a Commodity Sourcing Data Analyst, you will help shape processes and analytics surrounding procurement sourcing and Digital Transformation activities. Leverage best-in-class global practices to lead, develop, deliver and support enterprise wide programs and technology establishing Poly as an ‘employer of choice’. Your day to day: • Translate business problems into manageable analytics projects and lead execution across cross-functional teams. • Acquire, sanitize and standardize data from various sources (Suppliers, EMS partners, Oracle, industry sources) and building repeatable and reproducible analysis. • Manage the Supplier database. • Create and develop quarterly RFQ data for team disbursement. • Look for process inefficiencies and improvements. • Collaborate with or inform cross-functional stakeholders. • Collect, analyze, and monitor specific information on spend, supplier cost saving performance, compliance and other KPI of suppliers. • Generate monthly sourcing KPIs including but not limited to Purchase Price Variance (PPV), Savings, Spend by Supplier, Category, Business Unit, Country of Origin (COO). • Research, extract and connect data to create understanding. • Analyze data quality and correct or rationalize discrepancies. • Perform further analysis to determine the meaning of the data. • Performing final analysis to provide additional data screening. • Prepare reports based on analysis for presentation to the business/management. • Interact with suppliers on cost tracking and cost reduction implementation.

Experiencia y requisitos

What you bring to the team: • Bachelor’s Degree. • 90% English. • Experience in Operations, Statistics, Supply Chain, Economics or equivalent experience. • Proficient in Excel (Access a plus). • Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle and PLM systems such as Agile.
