Must be able to work with customers solving issues related to hardware and network problems. Must have good communication skills and work with customers solving issues related to hardware and network problems. We are looking for someone to work from 4:30am to 1:30pm Monday, Thursday and Friday and Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:30am to 3:30pm. We will train you on our specific hardware and applications.
Experiencia y requisitos
• Must be bilingual in English (both speaking and writing/reading). • Must be Customer service oriented. • Must be familiar with Windows Workstation and Server software • Basic understanding of IP version 4 (Host, subnet, gateway, and basic routing). • 0-2 years of experience. • Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams. • Understand installing and configuring printers. • Understand working with and troubleshooting serial devices. • Basic troubleshooting of workstation hardware, such as monitors, computers, and printers. • Basic understanding of Microsoft Server Remote Desktop Services. • Understand how to access customer systems via remote access software. • Ability to document customer issues in ticketing software. ****Send your resume in English to: firstname.lastname@example.org****
