Perform activities to meet Workcell requirements in the manufacturing process through development, implementation, validation and maintenance of the manufacturing process and its related equipment. Maintains, repairs and improves manufacturing equipment as well as the performance metrics of equipment operation and manufacturing processes. Develops related documentation for manufacturing processes and equipment. Write protocols and validation reports (IQ, OQ, PQ), master plan and quality plan. Carry out transport, aging and sterilization validations. Carry out engineering studies, test methods, measurement system analysis, deviations, and NCMRs. Make engineering changes (Instructions, product specifications, PFMEA and formats). Corrective maintenance reports. Inputs or registrations of equipment in the system Implement workflow procedures to optimize safety, quality, and efficiency. Support the research and purchase of new equipment, tools and accessories. Supports the installation and configuration of equipment, validation of equipment, tools, accessories and process. Participate in existing exchange control mechanisms, such as ECO, CR, NCMRs, etc. Diagnose equipment failures, perform repairs, and define spare parts for critical parts.
