Job description Responsible for the administrative and operative tasks related to the Import-Export of finished goods under the Mexican and international commerce and transportation laws, looking always for the best options with in cost and safety considerations for Our Clients. Prepare and provide shipping list to Shipping Material handlers. Coordinate the shipping Leader on regards to shipment preparations and priorities. Look to meet the OTD Goal and support on customer emergencies at all cost Collect Shipping details for the border crossing shipment. Customs duties validation on each shipment. Provide documents for Ground and Fedex transportation of merchandise (BOL and packing list). Upload Freight fees and Tracking Numbers in our MRP (Visual). Shipping follow up file update Daily not shipped report
Experiencia y requisitos
Bachelor’s- Technician Degree 1-2 years’ experience in Logistics or customs documents (preferably at Mexican Customs Broker or at a Maquiladora) IMMEX knowledge Mexican Customs Pediment codes CT-PAT preferable. 70% English required. Good interpersonal and communication skills Analytical skills is a must Decision making skills. A demonstrated ability to solve problems with innovative and cost-effective solutions
