Manufacturing Engineer supports to production floor on engineering activities, implementing and improving workflow procedures and processes to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics and optimize safety, quality, efficiency and manufacturing costs. Tracks and follows project hopper and timelines, as well to maintain A3 and project minutes for assigned projects. Achieve 100% line efficiency by optimizing manufacturing process based on customer demand. Elimination of scrap material related manufacturing process and implementing zero defect processes Root cause analysis, identifying and eliminating the root cause in the processes by applying LSS methodologies. Change control (ECR/ECO process). Creation and developing of methods and tools to meet customer product requirements. Follows Quality manual and policy, procedures and related standard work. Process validations and Engineering Studies. Generate continuous improvement and cost reduction projects Introduction of new process and technologies. Generation of process related manufacturing documentation such as time studies, work instructions, operating procedures, drawings, bill of materials, DHR, engineering studies, smart forms to perform rework instructions and IQ, OQ and PQ protocols and reports, among others.
