Resume in English is a must. Objective: As a Procurement Agent, is responsible for identifying and procuring the goods and services that the organization requires. Identify external material needs of the organization, find services providers who can supply these goods, negotiate for prices and arrange for the purchase and delivery of the goods. Responsibilities: • Oversee supplier related activities and monitor supplier performances. • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve performance related issues. • Ensure compliance with company procedures and contract requirements. • Develop contract terms and conditions and administer contract changes. • Perform negotiations for contract terms and conditions. • Prepare contract agreements and other documentations as needed. • Supervise Procurement Buyers in procurement activities. • Evaluate current procurement activities and recommend improvements. • Analyze customer needs and accordingly develop procurement requirements. • Develop optimal procurement solutions to meet customer expectations. • Identify and troubleshoot contract issues in a timely manner. • Provide support in new business acquisitions, mergers and partnerships. • Establish and manage supplier relationships. • Manage disposal and closeout of procurement activities. • Review all competitive proposals to select best sources.

Experiencia y requisitos

Profile: Ideal candidate must acquire high drive and commitment to results and must be a very active member in the Procurement Team and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Able to maintain strict confidentiality profile while dealing with situations, and company’s information. Must possess a highly customer service orientation, patient, flexibility, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge/Experience: • University Degree in International Business, Administration, or related. • 3+ years of work experience Skills and Abilities: • Deep understanding and professional experience with Purchasing Contracts • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Excellent negotiation, customer service and consulting skills • Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions, businesses and regions • In-depth knowledge of Oracle platforms and services
