What will you do The Human Resources Recruiter sources, interviews and ultimately brings diverse talent onto the Stryker team. The Human Resources Recruiter builds relationships with hiring managers, selected college campuses, diverse recruitment sources, coordinates information sessions/interview training, screens perspective employees, and coordinates interviews and final offer letters. Recruiting: - Will develop a collaborating relationship with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs. - Will develop sourcing plans to fill open positions. - Will source, qualify and interview candidates for strategic hire positions or future candidates. - Will search for potential candidates, screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to fill open positions. - May work with recruitment agencies and other third-party organizations. - Will evaluate, interpret and explain talent-based selection tools with/for Hiring Managers during the recruiting process. - Will coordinate interview schedules for candidates and offer letters for potential new hires. This work may include travel, hotel accommodations, compensation analysis, etc. - May work with employee relations and managers across all Stryker divisions to evaluate and fill open positions. - May plan, evaluate, research and/or recommend systemic and/or process improvements for the Recruiting function. - Will attend job fairs, university events and speaking engagements as required. HR: - May conduct interviewing training and techniques. - May mentor teammates in recruiting best practices and use of recruiting tools. - May assist in the compilation and/or preparation of confidential reports, statistics, graphs and/or files for the Human Resource function - May coordinate the activities of 1 or more non-exempt employee. - May participate in new hire orientation and/or exit interviews.

Experiencia y requisitos

What will you need - Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Human Resources or correlated area; - Experience with recruitment and selection processes. - Experience with HRIS and candidate tracking systems (Workday and TRESS is a plus). - Microsoft Word and Excel. - Able to handle highly confidential information. - Must be detail oriented and able to adhere to tight deadlines. - Advanced English is recommended
