We are looking for an organized, efficient Sales Support Specialist to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales department in gaining and keeping customers. A Sales Support Specialist assists clients through each step of the sales process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking and shipping orders efficiently. They also identify and create lists of potential clients while maintaining databases of sales. Responsibilities and Duties: • Compiling daily lists of leads delegating them to sales team associates, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department. • Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals. • Handling all administrative duties for the sales department, including answering customer inquiries, scheduling client conferences, meetings and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status. • Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed. • Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data. • Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction. • Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required.

Experiencia y requisitos

• A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Experience in administration and high-volume office work. • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. • Ability to multitask and quickly switch focus. • Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills. • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
