Contribute to the senior management team to manage the business by identifying risks that could affect the business and communicate at the S&OP board to develop plans to mitigate them 1. Coordinate the S&OP process providing leadesrhip and leading to the alignment of the funcitons of all the departments of the supply chain to meet the business objectives. 2. Work with the different departments (Finance, Planning, Operations and Program), establishing a cadence of meetings where information is analyzed and presented and decisions are made as a team in the medium and long term to sustain a culture of alignment and execution of an integrated process of business planning. 3. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies participating with other departments of the Company in the definition, selection and implementation of strategies to meet and exceed business goals. 4. Implement and monitor the series of KPIs associated with the S&OP process, conducting weekly and monthly reviews to facilitate decision-making. 5. Design and manage the content of the excecutive board of the S&OP process, presenting the required and standardized information monthly to communicate to the Directors the posible risks that may impact Operations, Planning and Purchasing with current and future sales plans. 6. Influence the Planning Processes to optimize the levels of service to our customers and inventory, monitoring daily, weekly and monthly results and carrying out continuous improvement activities to maintain and increase the company’s profits. 7. Report results vs goals and identify delivery risks with weekly and monthly reports that indicate the results of the processes to mitigate the possible risks that affect the production and sales plan. 8. Perform other functions inherent to the position according to the needs of the Company to meet the established goals of the organization.

Experiencia y requisitos

EDUCATION - BA in Administration or BS in Industrial Engineering (Supply Chain) JOB EXPERIENCE - 3 year experience in Materials - Experience in S&OP Coordination (Desirable) - APICS Certification (Desirable) EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE: - Knowledge in ERP/MRP sytems - Proficient with Microsoft Office
