• Ensure the CAPAs, NMRs, Customer Complaints are addressed on a timely manner. • Ensure Regulatory Compliance with FDA QSR part 820, ISO-13485:2003. • Develops and implements quality performance metrics. • Issues, implements and ensures the quality agreement with customer is followed. • Supports any NRE initiative • Works with Project teams and sourcing to achieve regular cost reductions and margin improvements • Hospitality for NHB guests. NHB is represented as being welcoming and appreciative of all customers who visit • Interact with all NHB departments to mitigate the risk of not performing as desired for a new program or a significant change in a current one. • Work towards exceeding expectations, meeting all promise dates, and implement best practices in any applicable area. • Experience in component, equipment and process validations
