Provides technical support to Business Development, Incoming Inspection, manufacturing process and molding regarding quality of the product and effectiveness in the search of continuous improvement of the material, product or quality and confidence ability of the components that are used in NHB products, as well as the supplier approval process. Reports to Supplier Quality Manager or in his absence to the Director of Quality

Customer focus team support related to supplier quality Liaison between CFT and supplier Relationship with CFT purchasing group and the supplier system in order to maintain a steady process flow Coordinates with CFT non-conformant material disposition (components -raw material, MRB) Performs Supplier audits, report and follow up on observations recorded. Performs with CFT Supplier technical reviews Maintain and follow up the Supplier Corrective Action (SCA) Collaborate with corporate on supplier Risk management Provides support to Supply Chain on Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Provides supplier metrics to Supply Chain (NMR, SCA) Develops/updates Ship to Stock program Review supplier drawing/specification and resolves differences related to customer drawing/specification to assure to the CFT that product and services meet requirements. Performs failure analysis, corrective and preventive actions for failures related to components/ raw material: at incoming inspection, process, finished product or complaints. Reviews/changes incoming inspection plans as required. Reviews and provides supplier data/performance; mmunicates and provides improvement plan. Develops inspection methods and control plans for components Participant in the review and disposition of non-conformant material. Analyzes and implements process control strategies for components at supplier level. Identifies supplier process gaps and proposes improvements. Performs component capability studies and equipment R & R. Communicates to client supplier issues and discrepancies BS degree in the area of Biochemistry, Electronic, electromechanical, industrial, mechanical Engineering, or Chemical sciences by a University or Credited Technical Institute. 7 years of experience in quality, 4 years preferably in Supplier Quality Engineering, Knowledge of molding, and other
