- Assigns and supervises the work of all the production activities of designated areas in the assembly department, ensuring that the production rate fills the customer’s requirements of volume, quality, and costs in accordance with the established production plan. - Developing, mentoring line leaders and helping on manufacturing matters. - Estimates needs, coordinate materials, labor, and equipment. - Maintains effective working relationships, records and prepares reports. - Plans, assign, and reviews work of line leaders. - Applies principles of supervision, ensures 4 I's and Code of Ethics and conduct are observed, modeled and followed by his/her staff. - Performs staff evaluations adhering to PMD process and implements discipline among the staff. - Ensures a Culture of 5’s and lean manufacturing in all lines. - Basic knowledge of ISO 90001 and ISO 13485 certification process. - Other duties as assigned if require.
