As a Vendor Master Clerk, you will initiate and follow-up with one-on-one vendor communication for the purpose of creating a close relationship and maintaining the vendor’s profile as updated as possible with all the necessary requirements that help us ensure a long-term business relation with our business partners. Leverage best-in-class global practices to lead, develop, deliver and support enterprise-wide programs and technology establishing Poly as an ‘employer of choice’. Your day to day: • Vendor master setup requirements activities, such as: Background checks, bank details validations, bank details setup in Mexican, end-to-end process of new supplier requests, constant email/phone calls reminders to vendors and business owners, internal customer service, updating and reviewing existing vendor profiles and more. • Reach out to business partners, create a close relationship to collect latest supplier/vendor information. • Expect to work side by side with a great young group of people and handle very dynamic tasks daily. • You will be making a great difference and contribution to a worldwide vendor data base team.

Experiencia y requisitos

What you bring to the team: • You are a team player. • You can help create a strong bond with our business partners. • You have attention to detail. • You have 1+ year of customer service experience. • You own multitasking skills & strong communications skills (Verbal & Written). • You can develop strong bond with other team members. • You have Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft excel, Oracle R12 (not a must) and intermediate/advanced computer skills. • You can help identify areas of opportunities.
