Place and manage purchase orders with suppliers to support production requirements Establish and maintain effective communication with vendors relating to the organization’s quality, delivery, and price requirements Manage Vendor OTD performance Manage VMI and Kanban with key suppliers Manage and support timely disposition of nonconforming material with the Quality department Maintain accurate purchasing information records electronically Communicate discrepancies and resolve them with suppliers Review and manage inventory levels to achieve target levels Assist and support any ECN and NPD projects Support the updating of all purchasing related SOP’s Work closely with sourcing team to improve supplier’s performance
