Descripción y detalle de las actividades

Purpose: Based on specialized technical knowledge of company’s products (goods and/or services), acts as the customer’s contact regarding billing, warranty services, product specifications as well as scheduled shipping and shipping information. *Responsibilities: - Handle customer orders and give excellent customer service, - Responsible for administering all customer service activities for customer, distributors and sales people within assigned area. - Enters orders into SAP, such as To daily register the new customer orders - Take part of Global Planning, Take direction from customer service team leader. - Daily invoice the delivered customer orders, - Daily analyze shop order requisition and plan them as shop orders, - Update the register in business system, - Understands internal procedures and personnel contacts for processing complete and accurate paperwork for the following: certificates of conformance, quotes, special pricing, order follow-up, credits, and expediting orders. - Efficiently service distributor's and customer's needs required for orders and quotes, in accordance with prescribed procedures. Includes clarifications, delivery information, expediting, discrepancies, product, design and recommendations, product complaints, and credits. Develop knowledge of key accounts, prospects, distributor's history and personnel and use this knowledge to provide better service. - Assist with new and existing personnel using standard training outlines - Full knowledge and understanding of company goals, missions, and philosophies as expressed by the customer support manager and team leader effort. - Check that all customer orders are in accordance with the quotations and agreements, - Register and supervise the vendor management inventory plans from the customers, - Order acknowledgement to customer, - Supervise the customer deliveries, - Forward picking lists to warehouse op, - Check the finished good inventory stock,

Experiencia y requisitos

Qualifications:  Professional degree  Bilingual English /Spanish (high proficiency in both languages)  Service minded personality and can work under pressure,  Knowledge of customer service, logistics and economy preferred,  Good computer skills,  Good problem solving skill and teamwork attitude, initiative and hard working,  Continuously develop the customer relationship to better meet customer demands,  Responsible for order handling of all customers,  Responsible to follow up the delivery performance for each customer,  Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages and work independently and problem solve mentally complex issues
