-Check inventory and / or discrepancies with interface communication between Annex 24 and ERP -CTPAT logs and procedures -CTPAT Audits -Management and update of Annex 24 -Monitors shipping and receiving of machinery and equipment. -Responsible for the migration / loading of the BOM database and catalogs of raw materials and finished products. -Assists inventory (ZOE vs. Macola) and reconcile discrepancies. -Assist with any tax problem. -Analyze and verify the correct administration of foreign trade inventory control databases (Compliance with Annexes 24 and 31) -USMCA Analysis -Other duties as assigned.
Experiencia y requisitos
-Bachelor's degree in foreign trade or similar -Foreign trade background -Knowledge of Mexican import laws, import tariff classifications -Conversational English -CTPAT acknowledgment -Experience in using ZOE, Excel -Strong networking, influencing & communication skills. -Knowledge Mexico Trade Systems, e.g. ZOE -Knowledge in Annex 24 & 31 -Knowledge in import duty preferences (USMCA, PROSEC, 8th rule) -Analytical skills and ability to shape analytical findings into meaningful insights for the business
