-Tracking and monitoring carrier GPS system for all northbound and southbound shipment -Monitor company’s traffic operations. Responsible for ensuring daily system updates and maintenance. -CTPAT logs and procedures -Process day to day import/export operations: IN, RT, V1, A1, F4, F5, MRO -MX HTS Classification with Customs Broker -All reports and legal documents related to closing of weekly customs entry paperwork -Maintain record-keeping system to comply with MX Customs. -Other duties as assigned.
Experiencia y requisitos
-Bachelor's degree in foreign trade or similar -Foreign trade background -Knowledge of Mexican import laws, import tariff classifications -Conversational English -CTPAT acknowledgment -Experience in using ZOE, Excel -Good understanding of logistics process -Strong networking, influencing & communication skills. -Knowledge Mexico Trade Systems, e.g. ZOE -Knowledge in Annex 24 & 31
