Directs, authorizes, evaluates all the daily plant operations, from start to finish, including making sure they are performed following all the different procedures and policies. Additionally, must develop and implement procedures that maximize the administration, quality and productivity of their personnel. 1. Direct and coordinate the plant operations within the scope of the policies and procedures of the company and ensure the successful running of daily operations. 2. Determine through the consultation of their administrative personnel the needs of the Company, drafting and implementing annual plans and establishing long term goals to further advance the company goals. 3. Increase the production volume through enhancement of assets, and increased flexibility through the development of processes and systems that allow for tracing and optimizing productivity, minimizing costs and maintaining standards to further the Company goals. 4. Promote the implementation of continuous improvement plans through the implementation of aligned strategies that promote a sense of direction and focus. 5. Manage group disputes, and lobby collective agreements, promoting a trust based relationship with their direct reports to ensure adequate optimization of the production floor personnel. 6. Perform all other assignments inherent to the position in accordance with the Company needs, ensuring the fulfilment of the Company goals. 7. Compliance with all programs and policies inherent to EHS, focusing on formative and preventative measures to ensure minimal to no workplace risks, seeking labor condition improvements and reducing environmental impact.
