Descripción y detalle de las actividades Worldwide company searches for Fixed Assets Accountant: Seeking a qualified accountant to join the shared services team supporting the Americas region. Responsibilities include: • Review and Analyze the open projects ready for capitalization •Integration of Support documentation for Capitalization • Analysis and Follow up of Open Projects • Approve Appropriation Request per Corporate Policies • Calculation of Monthly Depreciation and validation for accuracy. • Resolving questions and inquiries to the team for daily operational issues • Ensure that the transactions are processed accurately and timely • Support Account Reconciliations and Aging Analysis • Run daily activity reports to support departmental KPI’s • Assist management in special projects • Adherence to corporate and local policies and procedures. Experiencia y requisitos
Expericence and requirements • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting • 3+ years’ experience in Finance-Accounting Activities • Accounting experience (Fixed Asset Accounting -Preferred) • 80% fluent in English language • Strong Analysis skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task • Be able to handle a high volume of transactions. • Must be team oriented and able to work closely and effectively with internal and external customers • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Able to legally enter the USA for meetings • ERP system experience • Medium to Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
