Customer Acquisition Manager As an essential business, we supply companies and organizations with the products they need to serve customers and keep operations running. Uline is looking for a results-driven individual to lead our Customer Acquisition team in Mexico. Your team's role is to acquire new clients to increase client count and overall revenue for Uline. You will be managing and developing a team of up to 4 team members. Uline is proud to operate as a drug-free workplace. All new hires must complete a pre-employment drug screening. Position Responsibilities • Lead the Customer Acquisition team at Uline's Monterrey branch. Ensure that call scripts and processes are being followed to meet Uline standards. • Take ownership of the team's performance of key metrics and KPIs. • Coach and train the team and drive their continuous development, as well as your own. • Coordinate efforts between the Uline Training team, International • • • Account Acquisitions Manager and National Sales Director. • Monitor calls through weekly side-by-side activity to ensure quality and company culture are maintained.

Experiencia y requisitos

Minimum Requirements • Bilingual - 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (read, speak, write). • Bachelor's degree. • Strong presentation and associate development skills. • 2+ years experience managing a team in an outbound call center. • Experience in team coaching and development. • Outbound sales call center experience. • Packaging and industrial sales experience preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
