• Managing backups and offsite replication. • Managing VoIP and mobile devices. • Configure, install, and maintain surveillance cameras. • Install and configure software and hardware. • Manage network servers and technology tools. • Set up accounts and workstations. • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. • Troubleshoot issues and outages. • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls. • Upgrade systems with new releases and models. • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies. • Build an internal wiki with technical documentation and IT manuals. • Tech support, Receive and resolve all types of IT related service calls.
Experiencia y requisitos
• University Degree in Computer Science -or- equivalent experience. • Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery. • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management. • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. • Knowledge of Windows servers 2008, 2012 R2. • Experience working with switches, Firewalls, and routers. • Knowledge of Office 365 Administration. • Experience with SharePoint Administration. • Ability to diagnose PC hardware and software related problems and perform PC repairs. • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
