Production Supervisor

The position is responsible for overseeing and leading all activities associated with manufacturing, new product introduction and/or production of deliverable product to meet customer expectations. The leader monitors and manages hourly and indirect resources in the assignment of work responsibilities, development, and alignment of resources to load. The position drives safety, quality & continuous improvement. A. Champion a culture change through the framework of Production Supervisor. B. Lead a multifunctional team to achieve Jacuzzi Indicators, improve manager effectiveness & employee engagement. (30 Heads) C. Drive continuous improvement and application. D. Lead meetings to impulse, follow up and support Jacuzzi MOC initiatives such as: LPA, Employee Recognition, Cross Training and Certification program, Cost-Out projects, Poke Yokes. E. Achieve key metrics such as: On-Time Delivery, DPPM, and Efficiency of the product line. F. Lead by example – be a positive role model G. Actively engage and recognize employees H. Empower employees – drive decision making down through organization.
