• Execute MRP Orders to Purchase Order placement and follow up with Suppliers until delivery in Receiving and manage the improvement of OTD Supplier performance. • Responds to solve conflicts related to prices, payments, discrepancies, with moderate complexity. Solves and expedites overdue purchase orders and obtain authorizations to change suppliers. • Requires keeping updated knowledge on applicable regulations for purchase and transportation of national and international materials. • Document quoting according to Internal Control policy • Work on Lean initiatives and cost reduction projects internal and external. Improve flow by localizing suppliers and sourcing activity. • Follow up on MRB flow and resolution.
