• Receive purchase orders from customers and enter them into the system. • Communicate and work closely with Planning, Production and Shipping departments in order to make sure that orders are shipped on time. • Following up to open orders. • Contact customers in a timely manner to respond to inquiries or tracking number requests. • Daily sales report preparation and distribution.
Experiencia y requisitos
• Bachelors Degree in administration or related. • 3 years of Customer Service experience. • Fully bilingual. • PC and email skills. • ERP system experience (Oracle, SAP) • Clear communication skills both verbal and written. • Positive energetic attitude • Responsible and organized. • Pro-active. • Teamwork. • Sense of urgency. • Detail oriented.
