• Create and maintain information reports for all business units. • Implement automation of information reports and alerts. • Develop and maintain application software; troubleshoot and rectify application software problems. • Analyze user needs: design, write and execute programs in a variety of programming environments. • Responsible for client data conversions. • Assists current or potential application users in identifying and describing problems, provide the feasibility of a solution. • Assist users in preparing for the installation and start-up of any new system being implemented. • Install or upgrade software applications; troubleshoot hardware and software related problems; assist in deployment of new applications in assigned areas. • Apply testing procedures/methodologies (i.e., diagnostic software) and provide interpretation of data. • Performs other duties or special projects as assigned
