Implements the Training Program from determining training needs, for the evaluation and registration before the corresponding authorities. •Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory training requirements, by proposing and documenting the Training, Development and Employee Orientation needs within the different areas of the Company. •Validate the creation/changes to the Production training matrices to assure the correct trainings for the employees. •Implements the training, development and Employee Orientation Programs, contacting specialized companies, educational institutions and outside consultants. •Participate in the preparation of objectives and training and development budgets. •Participate in the the performance Management process that focuses employee's efforts on the achievement of business goals and attainment of requisite skills/competencies. •Reviews and approves Training materials and submits them for approval to Management. •Evaluates the effectiveness of the Training and Development Program and proposes recommendations for improvement. •Ensures training compliance with Mexican Labor Law (STPS). •Assures the integrity of the Learning and Development databases to meet the legal requirements per applicable International Certifications. •Partner with managers/leaders to promote Talent Management strategies by understanding the business needs across Welch Allyn/Hill-Rom, designing innovative and high impact solutions to address, key talent retention. •Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned.
Experiencia y requisitos
• Bachelor Degree (Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related) required. • 3-5 year experience in training processes and group facilitation in the medical industry. Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA’s Quality System Regulation and the Mexican Labor Law (STPS). Supervisory skills. • Bilingual: Oral and written communications in English and Spanish required.
