• Be a front line representative of the Joybird brand providing sympathy to the customer in their issues. • Staying within daily quota on dollar spend for 3rd party repair services. • Identify recurring issues. • Problem solving skills knowing when to exercise the need for a full replacement. • Serve as a primary point of contact to our Los Angeles team on factory manufacturing, order expediting, service issues, specification references, etc.
Experiencia y requisitos
• Time management • Initiative • Identifying the improvements for a more productive department • Willing to thrive in a production/manufacturing environment • 100% Fluent in both English & Spanish (key as Joybird is a U.S. based company) • Strong Computer Skills // Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. • High sense of urgency
