• This position is to support the Customer Quality Engineering.
• Ensure the quality issues has been feedback to Fab with complete data in order for Fab carry out all necessary improvements and corrective actions.
• Work closely with customer in identifying the potential opportunities within module processes that causing defects on the module produced in order to reduce the cell defective rate.
• Professional certificate in Science or Engineering.
• Prefer with technical experience in Komax and module operation.
• Basic knowledge in quality improvement / problem solving tools like 8D, FMEA, Why-why analysis, SPC, statistical data analysis package (eg. JMP software) and quality tools.
• Good organisation, communication, presentation, people and leadership skills.
• Auditing, facilitating and data analysis skills.
• Good working attitude with passion in driving customer satisfaction improvement and supporting quality engineering methodology implementation.
• Good Leadership skill in driving improvement projects.
