Intekplus, whose HQs is in Daejeon South Korea, is a 25 year old company in the business of developing and manufacturing automatic 3D/2D visual inspection machines. We have more than three hundred employees around the world, and more than fifty percentage of them are in research and development team. Intekplus has four separate business units to fulfill demands and technical requirements of various applications. In the semiconductor industry, we offer semiconductor package final inspection, substrate inspection, and wafer bump inspection solutions. IDMs like Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and some tier one American companies have been using Intekplus solutions. And we are expanding our business with OSATs in many countries. To meet different handling criteria, Intekplus provides either in-tray handling, or highspeed pick and place handling. Both types come with four separate modules to inspect 3D bottom, 2D bottom, 3D top, and 2D. For customers who need 2D side inspection or unload to tape and reel, we can attach those modules to inspection machines. AI technology has been widely discussed. but in the package inspection industry, Intekplus is one of the pioneers who actually implemented to multiple customer sites.
